During the week of September 11 - 19, over 130 communities will unite to support their local AIDS Service Organizations. We walk for different reasons. We walk for those who are no longer with us. We walk to support those living with HIV/AIDS. We walk to stop the spread of HIV/AIDS in our own communities. We walk to create awareness of the issues surrounding this devastating disease that is affecting the Aboriginal people in alarming numbers. We walk to STOP IGNORANCE, STIGMA & DISCRIMINATION!
